Shadow Guide is not a mental health service, not a substitute for therapy or medical care, and not a crisis service. The AI is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical professional. If you are in crisis or need professional mental health support, please contact a qualified practitioner or emergency services in your country.

1. Service Description

Shadow Guide is an AI-powered conversational tool that explores themes from Jungian depth psychology, including shadow work, dream reflection, and individuation. It is a digital product offered as a SaaS subscription. Shadow Guide is developed in collaboration with a clinical psychologist but is not itself a clinical service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Shadow Guide. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Access

Access to Shadow Guide is provided via subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Impersonate another person or entity
Extract, scrape, or resell the service or its outputs
Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

5. AI Limitations

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that is inappropriate for your situation. You should exercise your own judgment at all times. Shadow Guide does not provide diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

Shadow Guide is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
